  This is by far the best dentist surgery in Redditch. Not only is is very conveniently located in the centre of town, nextdoor to Smallwood House. The surgery is set in a period building which has a lot of character and charm to it. If you´re late, they don´t make a big deal of it (I´ve been 5-10 minutes late often due to the terrible Diamond Bus service). I´ve never been turned away. They simply move appointments around (as any sensible surgery would, and will always see you still if you´re late. And they never make a fuss with the silly warnings ¨once more and you´re no longer a patient¨ nonsense some surgeries do. I never have to wait long for an appointment either, usually 5 minutes is all, unless I´m late, and even then it´s only 10 minutes. They sent SMS text reminders of appointments which is handy. Theres plenty of dentist surgeons and they are all very people friendly. Always put you at ease and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. I had the need for emergency treatment a few days before Christmas, and the dental surgeon quickly gave me an appointment the very next day. Not many dental surgeries would do that a few days from Christmas day. Redhouse used to be based in Winyates, but since moving to the town centre, it´s a very different dentist practice. All new surgeons, and much friendlier and professional approach to the previous Winyates practice which wasn´t nearly as good. I would highly recommend this surgery to all.
