- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm a sports woman, mainly into netballl which I play regularly. Obviously with playing sports I get a lot of sports injuries. Recently I had neck, shoulders and lower back tension which I needed sorting out quickly. I searched online for a business to help me, where I came across Emma Rands Complementary Therapies. Her website was great and simple and I rang her up to book an appointment. My experience there was excellent, it was very professional and I could tell straight away that she knew what she was doing. After my session, where she worked brilliantly on the tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back, I felt so much better and enjoyed the experience so much that I now go back to Emma regularly.
